Overview

Blood & Mead is a brutal Viking action-platformer about smashing monsters, drinking suspicious amounts of mead, and becoming an absolute menace with an axe.

You play as Ulric, a hatchet-wielding berserker on a bloody quest for revenge through a world full of undead horrors, giant bosses, cursed ruins, traps... lots of traps.

From the windswept Iron Coast to the Black Kingdom, every area is handcrafted and packed with secrets, hidden loot, and creatures that want you dead.

Combat is fast, heavy, and intentionally a little savage. Crack enemies apart with brutal melee combat, unlock devastating combat skills, then chug mead to unleash Berserker Mode and turn Ulric into a screaming Viking freight train. It's violent, dramatic, slightly ridiculous, and very proud of it.

Despite all the blood and monster guts, Blood & Mead doesn't take itself too seriously. Beneath the chaos is a game inspired by classic action-platformers, built around responsive controls, satisfying combat, exploration, and the simple joy of flattening skeletons with an axe.
